Which platforms does Akeed support?

Akeed works with Shopify, WooCommerce and EasyOrders stores, and without a connected store. Shopify stores install the app from the Shopify App Store. WooCommerce and EasyOrders stores create an Akeed account and connect the store from the setup page. With no connected store, you add orders by hand, from a CSV or Excel file, or through the Orders API.

How long does setup take?

Most merchants finish setup in a few minutes and can send a test confirmation right away.

Can I start right away without a connected store?

Yes. Create an Akeed account and verify your email. Your account is active right away with its free WhatsApp messages, so you can add orders by hand, from a file, or through the API. WooCommerce and EasyOrders stores use the same kind of account and connect the store during setup. Shopify stores start as soon as they install the app.

Do I need my own WhatsApp number to start?

No. Most merchants start with Akeed's shared official infrastructure, then move to their own number later if needed.

Are messages sent through official WhatsApp APIs?

Yes. Akeed uses official Meta WhatsApp APIs for reliable message delivery.

Can I customize Akeed's messages and language?

Yes. You can customize the confirmation copy and choose the language style that best fits your brand and customer base.

What happens if the customer does not reply?

The order stays unconfirmed so your team can hold it, follow up, or skip shipping based on your process.

How exactly are credits counted?

On an Akeed account (WooCommerce, EasyOrders, or no connected store), one credit is used for each WhatsApp message sent to a customer, not for each order. A reminder to a customer who has not replied uses another credit, and a message that fails to send is refunded automatically. Shopify stores do not use credits: they subscribe to a monthly plan and pay on their Shopify invoice.
